Classes members, first timers, and drop ins welcome. Classes have a max occupancy so signing up prior is required.

OLYMPIC LIFTING

Mon - Tue - Wed - Fri: 5-615pm

Saturday: 10:30-11:45am

Class members, first timers, visitors, and drop ins welcome. 

OPEN GYM/GYM HOURS

Mon - Fri: 5-715, 730-930, 945-1145, 12-145, 2-430, 515-715

Saturday: 8-10, 10-12

Sunday: 8-10, 10-12

Members, first timers, visitors, and drop ins welcome. We have 5 (2) hour blocks approx. every 2 hours during the week and 2 slots on Saturday/Sunday. Open Gym slots have a max occupancy so signing up prior is required.
