FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

Class Times

Mon - Fri: 515 | 630 |  830 | 12 

Sat: 9am

Functional Fitness program led by Head Coach Matt Grimm. Workouts are programmed to optimize FUN and increase general physical health & well being. Endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy all professionally programmed & coached.

Classes have a max occupancy so signing up prior is required.

OLYMPIC LIFTING

Strength & Conditioning

Mon - Fri: 5-630pm

 

Join our Olympic Lifting crew led by Head Coach Tony Koens. Classes are focused on improving the snatch, clean & jerk, squats and also many movements found in our FF program. Great for beginners to advanced athletes and a great way to improve your barbell skills to apply to the CrossFit WODs.

Classes have a max occupancy so signing up prior is required.

OPEN GYM

Time Blocks

Mon - Fri: 5:00-7:30, 7:30-10:00, 10:00-1:00,

1:00-5:00, 5:00-7:30

Saturday: 8-10, 10-12

Sunday: 8-10, 10-12
