Functional Fitness program led by Head Coach Matt Grimm. Workouts are programmed to optimize FUN and increase general physical health & well being. Endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy all professionally programmed & coached.
Classes have a max occupancy so signing up prior is required.
OLYMPIC LIFTING

Mon - Wed - Fri: 5-620pm
Join our Olympic Lifting crew led by Head Coach Tom Stein-Cartford. Classes are focused on improving the snatch, clean & jerk, squats and also many movements found in our FF program. Great for beginners to advanced athletes and a great way to improve your barbell skills to apply to the CrossFit WODs.
Classes have a max occupancy so signing up prior is required.

We have 5 (2) hour blocks approx. every 2 hours during the week and 2 slots on Saturday/Sunday. Open Gym slots have a max occupancy so signing up prior is required.
