OPEN GYM & COMPETITORS
We allow full access to our members & visitors from open to close. Plenty of space and equipment to tackle the WOD or do you own programming. We also have a group of competitive athletes that meet at 2:00 M,T,W,F and at 10:15 Sat. that you are more than welcome to join.
Functional Fitness program led by Head Coaches Matt Grimm and Tom Stein-Cartford! Workouts are programmed to optimize FUN and increase general physical health & well being. Endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy all professionally programmed & coached.
Join our Olympic Lifting crew led by Head OLY Coach Sebastian Pardo. Classes run approximately around 90 minutes and are focused on improving the snatch, clean & jerk, and squats. Great for beginners to advanced athletes and a great way to improve your barbell skills to apply to the CrossFit WODs.
